In the event of a positive COVID-19 case

If a member of the All Hallows’ School community tests positive to COVID-19, the Principal or delegate will contact Queensland Health. All Hallows’ School will then follow Queensland Health directions.

If the School is instructed to close, the following process will be followed:

  • Parents and caregivers will receive a message via the school app and email. The closure information will also be published on the All Hallows' School website.
  • Public transport is not to be used. Students must be picked up from the School site via Dodge Lane or Providence Lane.
  • If a closure directive occurs during school hours, parents and caregivers will need to come to the school as directed to collect their daughter/s. In cases where parents and caregivers are unable to collect their daughter/s in a timely manner as instructed, those remaining students will be supervised until parents and caregivers arrive. Students will need to take all possessions—including their device—home.
  • If a closure directive occurs outside school hours, parents and caregivers are to keep their daughter/s at home.

The All Hallows’ School community will be kept updated regularly via email, school app and the All Hallows’ School website.

Should a parent, caregiver or student test positive to COVID-19 while All Hallows’ School is closed, please advise the School immediately via principal@ahs.qld.edu.au.
