Career education is the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes through a planned program of learning experiences in education and training settings to assist students to make informed decisions about their study and/or work options and enable effective participation in working life.
Preparing our students for their future pathways
The All Hallows’ School Careers Education and Pathways Program empowers students to confidently explore tertiary pathways and career opportunities, while accessing expert guidance and subject selection advice—equipping them to navigate a future shaped by change, choice and possibility.
Guided by the School’s dedicated Careers Counsellor, the program is embedded within the Fit-for-Life and Life Skills programs, with a strong focus in Years 10–12. Students are supported in discovering their strengths and aspirations, exploring pathways beyond school, and shaping purposeful futures—working in partnership with staff and families.
