Additional Services
Catering
All Hallows’ School is pleased to offer in-house catering packages through our popular Café 547. Our experienced Food Services Manager and her highly trained chef and team use the freshest seasonal produce to create various menus to suit a range of events. A selection of packages is available to view and consider. However, our Café 547 team are more than happy to tailor a bespoke menu to suit the requirements of your event.
All Hallows’ School also ensures that we only partner with suppliers presenting themselves to the highest standards. All Hallows’ School works closely with a range of local catering companies who use fresh, seasonal produce to create a range of menus for all guests to enjoy. They all bring a wealth of culinary expertise to events at All Hallows’ School, and they continue to impress with high-quality, innovative dishes that always deliver.
Audio-visual/lighting
All Hallows’ School works closely with the highly experienced audio-visual provider, High Noon Productions, to assist with your event needs. If your event requires an AV technician, there will be an additional $85.00/hour charge. An All Hallows’ School technical staff member will contact you at least four weeks before your event to work through your technical requirements and report directly to High Noon Productions to ensure your event succeeds.
IT Support
We understand the importance of flawless technical execution for your event. That’s why we offer dedicated IT support to ensure that your technology runs seamlessly throughout your event, leaving you with one less thing to worry about. Our skilled IT professionals are well-versed in event technology and can assist you with setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of technical equipment. Whether you’re hosting a conference, seminar, or any other event, our IT support team will work closely with you to integrate technology seamlessly into your event. We offer professional IT support services at a competitive rate of $80.00 per hour. This cost covers the expertise of our skilled technicians who are dedicated to making your event a success.
Security
All Hallows’ School maintains on-site security for the campus. Should you or the School deem appropriate that dedicated security is required for your event, this can be arranged through the School’s security team.
Cleaning
Cleaning is an additional cost for all events (excluding weddings) hosted at All Hallows’ School. The cost of cleaning is an additional expense to the venue hire cost and is quoted based on the venue you require for your event.

All Hallows' School works closely with Beautiful Weddings and Events, a family-owned and managed business driven and passionate about creating unique styling products and ensuring their service exceeds their client’s expectations. Beautiful Weddings and Events works with you to customise an event to remember! Their experienced team of styling specialists can transform any venue to perfection.
