Who can enrol?

All Hallows’ School enrols girls from Years 5 – 12 whose parents/legal guardians seek a Catholic education within the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy.

Students who belong to other faith traditions are also considered at the school.

When should I apply?

All Hallows’ accepts applications from when your daughter commences Prep.

Please ensure you have submitted an Application for Enrolment (which we refer to as Part A) by the closing date for your child to be considered for either a Year 5 or Year 7 intake.

Families will be contacted in Term 3 when your child is in Year 3 and asked to submit additional information, which we refer to Part B.

What do I do if I missed the cut-off for enrolment?

If you missed the cut-off for your entry year and wish to be placed on the waitlist, please contact our Enrolments Office on (07) 3230 9586 or via email Enrolments@ahs.qld.edu.au.

How are applications considered?

All Hallows’ School does not use a numbered waitlist system.  As such, all applications received are considered in line with the Policy of Enrolment.

What if I want to change the commencement year?

Limited positions can become available in Years 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11. The School encourages families interested in enrolling their daughter in these year levels to contact the Enrolments Team at Enrolments@ahs.qld.edu.au or +61 7 3230 9586  Please do not complete the application used for our intake year applications, as additional information is required for our non-intake applications.

When are offers made?

Offers will be made when your child is in Year 4. You will receive communication via email during Term 1 of Year 4.

What happens if I don’t receive a Year 5 offer?

Applications for both the Year 5 intake and the Year 7 intake for a particular cohort are considered at the same time.  This means that in the event the School is not able to offer a Year 5 position, your application will automatically move to Year 7 for consideration.

What do I need to do to accept an offer?

Confirmation fee - $1000

Should you choose to accept an Offer of Enrolment, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable and non-transferrable Confirmation Fee of $1000 by the due date.

Commencement Fee - $1000

In the year before your child starts at All Hallows', you will be asked to pay a Commencement fee of $1000. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, however, it will be deducted from your first term’s tuition fees.

If we receive an offer, can we change the commencement year?

If you receive an offer for Year 5, there is no guarantee a position will be available in Year 7.

What do I do if my child does not receive an offer?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer every applicant a place at All Hallows’ School. Unsuccessful applicants can request to be placed on our waitlist. The school will make subsequent offers as future vacancies become available in line with our Policy on Enrolment.

Does All Hallows' offer scholarships?

No, All Hallows' School does not offer any scholarships.

Can I attend a School Tour?

Why does All Hallows' School request medical information as part of the enrolment process?

It is important for parents/guardians to provide all medical information at the time of application so we may assess each student to ensure All Hallows’ School can provide the necessary resources for your child.

What is the Inclusive Learning Program?
