Intake Years (Year 5 and Year 7)
All Hallows’ School first intake commences in Year 5 with a further intake in Year 7. We are pleased to announce we are increasing our Year 5 2026 intake to 156 students. Our Year 7 2028 intake is 84 students, making a total cohort of 240 students for our Class of 2033.
Once your daughter has commenced Prep, you can submit an application form for either intake year of Year 5 or Year 7.
Offers for Year 5 and Year 7 of the same cohort are considered at the same time and are made concurrently.
If your daughter has commenced her Prep year, now is the time to enrol, preferably before Semester 2 of Year 3.

Year 5, 2026 and Year 7, 2028 - Closing Soon
Our Part B application process will be emailed to both legal parents in September 2024 to finalise the application process. A Part A Application needs to be completed in the first instance. Offers for both cohorts will be made in Term 1 2025.
Year 5, 2026 to 2029 – Accepting enrolment applications
We are currently accepting applications for Year 5 commencing in the above years. To commence the enrolment process, please complete our online Application for Enrolment by clicking here.
Once you have submitted an application, the School will make contact with you via email when your daughter is in Year 3 (at the end of Term 3) to commence the Part B application for enrolment process. The process requires families to provide additional documentation and return it to the School in Term 4 of the same year.
Year 7, 2028 to 2031 – Accepting enrolment applications
We are currently accepting applications for Year 7 commencing in the above years. To commence the enrolment process, please complete our online Application for Enrolment by clicking here.
Once you have submitted an application, the School will make contact with you via email when your daughter is in Year 3 (at the end of Term 3) to commence the Part B application for enrolment process. Year 5 2024 – Closed – The enrolment process for Year 5 2024 has now closed and we are no longer accepting wait list applications.
Year 7 2024 – Closed – The enrolment process for Year 7 2024 has now closed and we are no longer accepting wait list applications.
Year 5, 2025 & Year 7, 2027 – Closed
Our Year 5 2025 and Year 7 2027 are now fully enrolled, and we are no longer accepting applications for Year 5 2025. Waitlist applications for Year 7 2027 are still being accepted.
Year 7, 2025 – Closed
The enrolment process for Year 7 2025 has closed and we are no longer accepting wait list applications as we are fully enrolled in this cohort.
Year 7, 2026 – Limited positions
The enrolment process for Year 7 2026 has closed. Please complete an online Application for Enrolment form to be placed on our waitlist. Once we receive your application, we will send a Part B application requesting additional information. Once all the information is received, your daughter will be added to our waitlist. In line with our standard process, waitlist applications will be reviewed in Term 2 when your daughter is in Year 6.

Year 7, 2027 - Wait list opportunities
The enrolment process for Year 7 2027 has closed. Please complete an online Application for Enrolment form to be placed on our waitlist. Once we receive your application, we will send a Part B application requesting additional information. Once all the information is received, your daughter will be added to our waitlist. In line with our standard process, waitlist applications will be reviewed in Term 2 when your daughter is in Year 6.

Years 8 to 11, 2024 and 2025 – Limited positions
A limited number of positions may become available in Years 8 to 11 throughout the year.
