Intake Years (Year 5 and Year 7)
Students who begin their All Hallows’ School journey in our first intake of Year 5 will belong to a cohort of five (5) classes. Our next intake of Year 7 will increase to eight (8) classes. From either entry point, these school years are designed to provide opportunities for students to learn and grow in ways that acknowledge and respect this unique and special phase of their development.
Once your daughter has commenced Prep, you are eligible to submit an application form for either intake year of Year 5 or Year 7.
Offers for Year 5 and Year 7 are made concurrently, as they belong to the same cohort.
If your daughter has commenced her Prep year, now is the time to enrol, and preferably before Semester 2 of Year 3.

Year 5, 2026 and Year 7, 2028 - Accepting Applications
Our Part B application process will be emailed to both legal parents in September 2024 to finalise the application process. A Part A Application needs to be completed in the first instance. Offers for both cohorts will be made in Term 1 2025.
Year 5, 2026 to 2029 – Accepting enrolment applications
We are currently accepting applications for Year 5 commencing in the above years. To commence the enrolment process, please complete our online Application for Enrolment by clicking here.
Once you have submitted an application, the School will make contact with you via email when your daughter is in Year 3 (at the end of Term 3) to commence the Part B application for enrolment process. The process requires families to provide additional documentation and return it to the School in Term 4 of the same year.
Year 7, 2028 to 2031 – Accepting enrolment applications

Year 5 2024 – Closed – The enrolment process for Year 5 2024 has now closed and we are no longer accepting wait list applications.
Year 7 2024 – Closed – The enrolment process for Year 7 2024 has now closed and we are no longer accepting wait list applications.
Year 5, 2025 & Year 7, 2027 – Closed
Our Year 5 2025 and Year 7 2027 are now fully enrolled, and we are no longer accepting applications for Year 5 2025. Waitlist applications for Year 7 2027 are still being accepted.

The enrolment process for Year 7 2025 has closed and we are no longer accepting wait list applications as we are fully enrolled in this cohort.
Year 7, 2026 – Wait list opportunities
The enrolment process for Year 7 2026 has closed. To be placed on the wait list, in the first instance, please contact our Enrolments Office via email enrolments@ahs.qld.edu.au or on (07) 3230 9586. As per our process, the Waitlist will be reviewed in mid 2025.

Years 8 to 11, 2024 and 2025 – Limited positions
A limited number of positions may become available in Years 8 to 11 throughout the year.
